Great place and quiet atmosphere, everything is very clean and organized and the staff is very kind and attentive. I ordered food to go but the packaging leaked and spilled (I had ordered Ramen), overall I would recommend this place bur more dine in than takeout!

Very thankful for their numerous vegetarian and vegan options! Loved the vegetarian roll, as well as their Tantanmen (ramen). The vegan protein in the tantanmen was tender and the helping was surprisingly generous! Of interest, I don’t know if this was the intended taste, but the vegan yaki-udon tasted like cinnamon mixed with ketchup. I grew up on the Pacific coast eating lots of Japanese food, and it was not a taste I expected. It wasn’t bad, just interesting. I did not like the re-usable wooden chopsticks in their restaurant because their porous nature makes them susceptible to bacterial growth if not handled correctly. I saw someone else’s teeth marks in the new pair I was given, which I thought was gross. I opted for a fork and recommend disposable wooden chopsticks or stainless steel for hygiene. It looked like the servers took a break halfway through the time we were in at 16:00-17:00, so we waited a long time for certain service. Then their card reader was glitching so it took 5-10 minutes to pay and leave the restaurant. Still recommend for the good vibe and food!

I went to UDON Princesa in Madrid with my family, and I can honestly say: the whole experience was WOW 😱 The atmosphere perfectly blends modern Asian aesthetics with a relaxed, feel-good vibe. No stress, no hustle and bustle—simply a setting where you’d happily linger. The food itself?
